It works perfectly, it just doesn't include a US adapter (universal), which needs to be purchased separately, but it arrived on time and works well. Very easy to use, it's just a matter of practice because the type of adapter comes in English.

The product is great, I highly recommend it. One downside is the lack of the cover shown in the pictures, but other than that, it's exactly like the original. The weight, functions, buttons, operation, and features are excellent. I don't see any reason to spend 10 times more when we have excellent equipment here that works identically, looks great, and works practically the same way. It works very well; we'll see how it performs over the next few months. I'll come back here again.

Ordered for my mother after she tried the D-son airstrait in the store. She seems satisfied with the hair straightener, which can be used with both hot and cold air. Using the device results in less frizzy hair. Additionally, the language on the display can be set and the temperature display can be shown in Fahrenheit or degrees. The display on the device looks nice.

I recommend hair that is beautifully straightened.

Super happy with the straightener and hairdryer in a very clear way because you have to set it to english or chinese. I straightened and dried my own hair quite well except for those stray hairs that i usually like very much.
