How long does it take to get home?
We ship to Portugal, Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and then arrive in 5 to 10 business days with free shipping, or in 4 to 7 business days with express shipping. You will receive the tracking code via email as soon as the order is dispatched.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders to Portugal, Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom. If you prefer express shipping with insurance, it costs €4.90 and is free on orders over €99.90. The total amount is always shown at checkout before you pay, in your currency.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to notify us that you wish to return it. Write to contacto@dyliss.com with your order number and we will send you the instructions and the return address. The item must be in good condition and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.
How does the warranty work?
