The Deep V plates of the DYLISS Maré 32 create a more angular and defined wave than a round barrel — it is the design that holds best in straight, slippery hair, which usually loses its waves in just a few hours.

How does the warranty work?
All DYLISS devices have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects in all countries we ship to. Email contacto@dyliss.com with your order number and we will take care of everything.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to return it. Write to contacto@dyliss.com with the order number and we will send you the instructions and the return address. The item must be in good condition and, whenever possible, in the original packaging.
How long does it take to get home?
We ship to Portugal, Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and then arrive in 5 to 10 business days with free shipping, or in 4 to 7 business days with express shipping. You will receive your tracking code via email as soon as the order is dispatched.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders to Portugal, Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom. If you prefer express shipping with insurance, it costs €4.90 and is free on orders over €99.90. The total will always appear at checkout before you pay, in your currency.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. With Klarna you can pay in 3 interest-free installments. In Portugal we also accept MB WAY. The methods available in your country will appear at checkout.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking code. Simply click the link to see where it is at any time.
Does it work on dyed or chemically treated hair?
Yes. As they work with controlled temperature and negative ions, you can use them on colored, highlighted, or straightened hair. If your hair is very damaged, start with the lowest temperature.
What is the voltage? Does it work with the sockets in my country?
Yes. The devices operate at 220-240V, the same voltage as in Portugal, Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom. For Portugal, Spain, and Italy, they come with a European plug; for the United Kingdom, they come with a British plug (type G). The exact voltage for each model is in the product description.
Do you ship to the Azores and Madeira?
